There isn't a single wager that is truly
exciting.
IMO, wager types are tools, which - in the hands of a skilled
handicapper - might be used to craft a small parimutuel equivalent
of the Taj Mahal.
What should be exciting, IMO, are
the superior ideas or conceptual framework that allows that to
happen. IOW, it is the responsibility of your mind to understand
jai-alai at the deepest possible level, and then gain enjoyment
from putting your insights into practice.
As far as
Miami has no clue or care what fans want.
But the horse tracks sure do.
as I see it, with the current jai-alai micro fan base, ALL the
pools are destined to be inadequately small, and NO type of wager
will change that. So pick your favorite type of horse track wager
and it still won't thrive at the jai-alai frontons.
