I was going to post this hours ago...
Dave, I recall a doubles match with those two on a Saturday night,
in the late 1970s or very early 80s, on a game that started just
before midnight (the deadline you could start a game on that night
because of Sunday's) but I recall it being a doubles match that
lasted forever and was one you could not believe. I don't know
if Almorza played singles at that time of his career - if we are
talking about he same game. The 7,000 people roaring on that volley
and the catches made was incredible.
And Bolivar did say that - can anybody clarify that?
