Some players end up going from the "lates" to the "earlies". The key being not to hang around so long that you embarress yourself. There are guys that I thought were a great asset and influece to young players. Playing with these senior members is an invaluable experience. Some that come to mind quickly..Danny, Chimela, Urquiaga Arregui and Aerieto.
