I take that last statement back. It can happen, if the receiver scores every point the first 2 rounds, and then post 1 or 2 runs in the 3rd round. The first point of the game is also irrelevant. It's a difficult scenario and i don't think i've ever seen it happen that way. I'm sure there are other ways, but i've never seen those either.
