That is Goyo, and what a class guy he was... I was only playing
amateur at the time this picture was taken... you can see I am
wearing the American Amateur Jai-alai jacket that alot of us got
from there...
It was 1981... Boli broke the record of 166 wins that Aramayo
I (1977-78 season) held in the 1979-80 season with 214 and the
MVP and then followed it up the next season (1980-81) with his
2nd consecutive wins title (153 wins), but somehow did NOT win
the MVP as Elu won it...LOL
Then it was off to Steak and Ale...LOL
He followed that year up with 204 wins and the MVP in the 1981-82
season...
