The up and down player will win more than the steady player. Probably will be a bigger difference over the course of a season than you would think. If you can find a player who is hot and cold, those are the best ones for wagering. Rufino, in his later years at Tampa, was that player for me. He had the talent to win, but the desire wasn't there most nights. After his first game I could decide whether he was getting put on top of most of my trifectas that night or getting kicked out of all the others.
