There has been a few cases where guys have fixed games by finishing out of the money and cashed tickets before getting caught,i think when players have lack of effort on the court it looks like it is fixed to people that are new to the game or when a player makes a mistake and throws it right to there opponent the crowd always goes crazy and says he gave it to him.
