In Palm Beach just after the strike Sidney, Jose Maya, (and possibly one more player) all made sure they were out of the money in singles. A friend in the audience would then box the other 5 or 6 players in the super, instant winner. They got caught because of betting super boxes instead of splitting up the bets on super wheels and keys. Probably the most famous game fixing incident in jai alai only involved three players. That was the time Kirby was among the players at Dania who were caught fixing games. The same scenario was used then too if im not mistaken.
