You are correct ! And when I have been saying chula, I am
referring to anything even close to a chula as well, not just
a dead roller. If you throw a smoking left side and the opposing
player thinks its coming out to the 7 line, and instead 'chulas'
and bounces 10 times before it gets to him, thats a chula.
Chic chacs dont have to rollout without a bounce to be considered
a chic chac either.
