I agree with you 100%!
I too have been to Miami when there was a person in every seat
and just as many people standing to watch the action on the court.
At the time, I had been to every other fronton in Florida that
offered live jai-alai but none could be compared to the energy
in the air or atmosphere in that Miami fronton. I don't know if
it was the crowd/audience or the caliber of the players on the
court but in my opinion, there was a significant difference. I
miss those days and the only reason why I have been back there
in the last decade has because of the players. The entire roster
is great but Goiko, Irastorza and Lopez are magnificent to watch
live and something that every jai-alai fan should experience.
The trip is well worth it because the players play hard regardless
of how many people are watching.
