Really good. I've stated before - over 80% of this country has no idea about our sport. But at the root of it all - the building itself needs to be top-line - comfy - attractive - a place where people want to come. Add in good promotions - advertisements - eateries - man, it could be done in the right place. It wouldn't be overnight. A maverick financier could be pivotal - a Trump, a Mark Cuban, or someone similar.
