Granted I understand your question correctly, I'd say, in Spec 7 more so than Spec 9, the game winning point is usually won by a server and not a receiver. I'd say 2 out of 3, so 66% of the time in doubles and maybe 75% to 80% in singles. My reasoning being that typically a server is the first to reach game point, unless you have a 1, 2, or 3 post run 5 in the first round and then come back in the 2nd before anyone else gets to possible. More so, if the first server to reach game point misses, it's highly likely that one or two other posts reach possible by serve before he returns as the receiver with possible in the next round. Makes sense, right?
