Thanks for putting a positive spin on my ups and downs playing at Hartford. You're absolutely correct on me being a streak player...there were quite a few players in that status. Urquiaga and I were great friends and had a good camaraderie on the court as well. That didn't always happen with other partners. How ironic you mentioning most wins in 1978...I used that same argument when trying to hammer out a new contract agreement at the end of that year. It took 3 weeks and a major meeting with Richard Donovan, Frank Duffin, Paul Rico & Alfredo Garcia. I can't believe I walked out of there with a job & my cajones...but it showed there was room for negotiation with WJA...contrary to popular belief.
