Before the strike EVERY JAN 1 - NEW YEAR'S DAY - it was family tradition to go to Berenson's Hartford Jai Alai to get the year off on the right foot. Highlight of the program for me (all Hartford performances) was the 'triples' game. It looked like the whole roster was in the post parade. Just give me one of those New Year's Day visits back !
