Aroldis Chapman??? Do you mean if he threw the ball using a cesta? He can throw over a 100mph but no way can it compare to how fast a jai alai player can throw the ball. Probably the baseball player that could of thrown the fastest would be The Big Unit because of how tall and lanky he is.
