The pool sizes aren't big enough to justify betting the hard combos.
What's the point of betting a 6-7-8 at over 100,000 to 1 when
the pool is only 5G? And, you'll likely split it, anyway, with
some guy with a box. Ditto for all the hard combos.
I have an idea, though. Handicapping.
