Steve, Mugartegi is just a kid!! I just don't see him playing professionally in the USA anytime soon....for God's sake, I just saw him today playing with a bunch of kids and they were making a tree house. Beside that, he was arrested by police last year (I can't believe this), and it will be very difficult to get a visa for him.
