You said "....if you have tickets that you bet off the voucher you lost we can track it that way". If I make bets at a machine, and then walk away without taking my voucher, I can't make any bets off the LOST voucher. (Someone else can if they find the voucher, but I can't.) The bets I made were off the PREVIOUS voucher. Are you saying that you can ascertain that the lost voucher is mine as long as I have tickets that I bought during the transaction that ended with me leaving the voucher in the machine?
