Thank you for all the information to all the responded. I can't really get into all the details because their is still pending criminal charges, but I had to go to the track today to give them some information and I found out at least one person from the track has already been fired from what i've heard. They messed up big time. I will also be talking to a civil lawyer tomorrow. If he says its O.K. I'll fill in the details if anyone is interested.
