She is just plain mean. She will scowl at you and give you a hard time when you want to buy tickets. I made the mistake one time of asking her a question pertaining to the advance sale of Citrus tickets, she looked up, rolled her eyes and snapped out some rude answer. She is definatly not a people-person.
