Most of the time I saw Inclan, he was just a middle games player. He must have improved a great deal after that, but I did not go south (to Bpt and Milford) as much once their rosters started to decline. Those long rides home to Hartford after midnight were worth it in the glory days, but not as much thereafter. So my observations of Inclan were much fewer than for many of the top guys.
