Re(4): Misinformation

LOL - Not a Turkey Farmer in Nebraska, just someone who enjoys - lives for the sport of Jai-Alai and can't respond officially, or un officially to any of these posts. Like I said in my original post, there seems to be an opinion that there is a secret councel of Jai-Alai owners & managers who look at what is written here, do the exact opposite and then giggle all the way to the bank. This is not true. It is sometimes hard to read the pot shots and comments like "ya its nice you did this, but you could have done this, this and this." Or you should put me in charge of the PR because I know what is best. In any case. None of us would want to shut down an open forum like this (unless it was our own), but when lies and misinformation are presented as truth, something needs to be said. Would be much easier to sit back and watch the sites credibility go down the tubes (or at least the posters), but Tiger deservs better then that. He has worked hard. Those of us who work in the business just can't be known, or respond openly - its policy. But keep the opinions comming. Know that suggestions and recommendations are appreciated and even batted around. But a shot, just like it would any one of you who were in an awkward position, hurts. I myself, when I have had hard copies of some of these posts laid on my desk have said f--k these people and shreded them. Its all a question of tone and motivation and not everyone is here to help. Like whoever told people to grab their cestas and head to Ft. Pierce for open try outs. I believe that two of the guys drove cross state from tampa and that is just plain sad.
