Jim, I agree with you 100%.
As a fan of the sport and someone who recently decided to report
on the frontons, I know first hand how difficult it is to gather
information. Accurate and current information is so hard to find.
The only current information on a fronton website is the entries
and results.
It only takes a few minutes out of my day to update my site. So
if Tiger, Bill and I can do it, why can't someone on the inside
do the same?
I rely on information from Chalk Talk posts and Jai-alaiUSA articles
because this is the only current information on the web about
the frontons. Of course people get frustrated on this board. Three
seasons are about to start in January and the only information
we have are the season dates.
I lived out of state for 7 years and watched jai-alai on the web.
I would check the fronton websites in hopes that maybe someone
updated it before the season was over.
Please understand the frustration. Most of us have been fans for
a long time and only want what is best for this great sport.
