Remen-Gerny was a VERY effective team at Hartford.

Remen was, of course, Remen, but was balanced well by Gerny's glove and good 'keep it deep' power for a little guy.

From time to time, you'd get Remen-Chimela and it was 'lights out' time but that may not have been so much a matter of affinity as it was total class. It was rare for the handicapper to pair them, though, except in a horrible post.

I'll think a bit more about Inclan's partner affinities - we had precious few years of him, so I don't have too much to go on. He picked the serve so well, though (IMHO, the best ever), that his back could often afford to be a spectator.
