Good post Steve. Very sad but true how jai-alai seemed like a 'fad' to many people. Sure we have the casinos, but whenever I go to Mohegan Sun, my first stop is to the racebook to watch Dania and Miami on simulcasts. I wasn't around for the glory years during the 70s and 80s, but they play some pretty good jai-alai at Dania and Miami. Check it out online or at one of the racebooks!
