It was the late eighties but mostly the early nineties i was talking about Hartford. I was never a pro jai alai player just a fan. Back then i was going 2-3 times a week and could tell the differance between a dump and a muff. The dumping was not that common to make a big issue about it but thinking that it never happened(s) is crazy.
